Job summary

Oticon, Inc is seeking a D365F&O consultant to support and optimize our global Finance & Operations platform from Mexico City. You will collaborate with super users and business analysts across borders, triage issues, and drive timely resolutions.

The role requires 3+ years of ERP experience, familiarity with ServiceNow or Azure DevOps, and a solid grasp of wholesale and hub logistics. English fluency and travel availability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree within IT/ Logistics/Finance.
• 3+ years of experience as a Consultant with D365F&O or AX2012 or another ERP, ideally within international or multi-cultural enterprises.
• Familiar with ServiceNow or Azure DevOps.
• Possess strong understanding of wholesale, logistics and hub processes.
• Communicate fluently in English and bring a collaborative mindset to team assignments.
• Travel availability is expected.

Responsibilities

• Providing ongoing support to super users and business analysts, triaging issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Ownership of incident, change or service requests until closure.
• Ensure that backlog is monitored in ServiceNow and acted upon according to business priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery and knowledge transfer to super users and team members.
• Facilitate super user training and UAT testing related with code release cycles.
• Participate in initiatives, contributing business knowledge and application insights.
