Job summary

Fagron Sterile Services US (FSS) in Austin, TX, is seeking a Dynamics 365 ERP F&O Support Consultant to serve as a trusted partner for our NA entities, ensuring ERP stability and optimization.

Join our North America IT team to troubleshoot, implement enhancements, support change management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions, with a focus on Customer is our priority.

Qualifications

• Higher education in IT or related field.
• 2+ years in a functional/technical F&O role.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot Dynamics 365 F&O and SCM.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O are a plus.
• Experience with WMS and manufacturing modules is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the stability, functionality, and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O system.
• Act as the go-to contact for troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, end-users, and stakeholders across North America.
• Support change management initiatives and contribute to global ERP projects.

• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O (a plus)
• Experience with WMS and Manufacturing modules (a plus)
