Job summary

Biopharma Careers is seeking a highly experienced leader to drive global drug development programs. You will oversee cross-functional teams across Discovery and Global Program teams, ensuring alignment with governance and operational plans.

This role requires shaping strategy, managing budgets, timelines, and risk across the program lifecycle. The position is on-site in Billerica, MA, with a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field; 10–15+ years in drug development, global scope.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Masters or PhD) in Life Sciences or related field; 7–10+ years in drug development, including 4+ years in program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead global drug development program teams (early or late stage) as per RDG governance.
• Oversee cross-functional program management activities for DPT and/or GPT from Exploratory Development to market launch and lifecycle management.
• Own the integrated program plan, including budget, timelines, and scenario planning.
• Identify and manage program-level risks and key inflection points.
