Job summary

Micron Technology seeks a DRAM Yield & Quality Engineer to own the health of server DRAM products throughout the lifecycle, driving yield, quality and speed performance. You will analyze silicon, test and manufacturing data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, technical leadership, and collaboration with global teams to deliver quality and customer satisfaction in high-volume manufacturing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with yield analysis, product quality, testing, debugging, or process issue resolution.
  • Ability to solve complex technical problems in an agile environment.
  • Experience developing or using automation/AI-assisted tools to boost productivity.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own global product health for server DRAM products, including yield, quality, and speed performance throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Analyze silicon parametric, test, and manufacturing data to identify issues, determine root causes, and drive corrective actions.
  • Develop and execute yield and quality improvement strategies across NPI, qualification, ramp, and high-volume manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with fab, test, module, quality, and operations teams worldwide to align priorities and drive execution.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve engineering workflows and data-driven decision making.
