Qualifications

Experience in high-volume customer service or call center.
Strong data entry and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused communication.
Fluent English; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Comfortable working in an open-office, team environment.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing communication with TBN partners dealing with inquiries and requests relating to donations, gift offers, network programs, donor files and other matters.
Data entry on multiple software platforms for donor mail, phone calls, email, and website communication from TBN partners around the world.
Provide introductory support and communicate effective troubleshooting steps through various platforms, diagnosing problems and escalating issues to higher-level support while monitoring timely resolution.
