Job summary
AbbVie seeks a visionary Domain Architect to drive enterprise-wide architecture across Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Development IT landscapes. You will lead a team of 5–8 TPOs and Solution Architects, translating business needs into scalable technical designs and ensuring GxP compliance.
You will influence strategic roadmaps, evaluate Greenfield vs Brownfield approaches, and partner with vendors and internal teams to deliver high-impact, compliant solutions for a massive manufacturing
Qualifications
- Bachelor-level or higher in a technology field with extensive experience.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of EA frameworks (TOGAF) and ISA-95/88.
- Experience leading large tech lifecycles and greenfield/brownfield projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead 5–8 TPOs and Solution Architects, fostering excellence.
- Govern global Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Development IT landscapes.
- Consult business capability owners on high-impact tech initiatives.
- Bridge business vision and engineering with scalable designs.
- Architect digital solutions for diverse global manufacturing networks.
- Benchmark tech stacks and scout Industry 4.0 trends.
