Job summary

AbbVie seeks a Domain Architect to drive enterprise-wide architecture across manufacturing, quality, and product development. You will lead 5-8 Technical Platform Owners and Solution Architects, translating business needs into scalable designs, governance, and roadmaps.

You will champion Industry 4.0, TCO optimization, and GxP compliance while partnering with vendors and senior leaders to align IT with AbbVie's strategy.

Qualifications

• Educational background in tech with significant experience in enterprise architecture.
• Experience leading large tech lifecycles and greenfield/brownfield projects.
• Ability to mentor architects and TPOs and communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor 5-8 Technical Platform Owners and Solution Architects.
• Drive governance across Manufacturing, Quality and Product Development IT.
• Advise on Greenfield vs Brownfield & TCO analyses for initiatives.
• Bridge business capabilities with engineering teams for scalable designs.
• Architect digital solutions for diverse global manufacturing networks.
• Benchmark tech stacks and champion Industry 4.0 trends.
• Ensure risk management, compliance, and business continuity.
