Job summary

Responsibilities include leading site acquisitions, separations, and expansions, while maintaining governance and evidence templates to support regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/related field with manufacturing experience.
• Strong background in IT systems architecture for manufacturing or pharma.
• Experience leading IT projects for site builds, expansions, or integrations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to assess risk, think strategically, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Experience with MES, ERP, and automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT/OT architecture for site lifecycle initiatives (M&A, new builds, expansions).
• Define Day-1/Day-30/Day-100 readiness and hypercare architecture plans.
• Create and maintain a repeatable Site Integration Playbook.
• Own IT due diligence architecture assessments for target sites.
• Assess cybersecurity posture and third-party risk with InfoSec.
• Drive governance to ensure security, data privacy, and compliance.
