Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a qualified professional to manage the corporate document control process and ensure compliance with regulatory standards across sites worldwide.

You will lead drafting, peer review, approval, and archiving of QMS and non-QMS documents, while supporting eDM system administration and global governance. Strong writing skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education/experience.
• BS/BA in engineering, life sciences, or related field preferred.
• Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance or Compliance roles within document control.
• Working knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and ISO 13485 QMS.
• Prior experience participating in audits or inspections.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate corporate document control workflow from drafting to archival.
• Support sites in implementing corporate best practices documents and governance.
• Act as eDM administrator and global Subject Matter Expert.
• Train teams on document control processes and eDM usage.
