Job summary

Harmar Mobility is seeking a Documents Control Specialist to join the Quality department. The role involves managing the QMS and DCD databases, handling change control, and coordinating across functions to improve quality.

You will support audits, product data management, and documentation practices. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of related experience, familiarity with PLM, ISO/FDA regulations, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with document control, change control and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of ISO and FDA or similar regulations is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PLM tools.
• Strong communication and attention to detail required.
• 2+ years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary Administrator for the QMS and DCD systems.
• Review proposed document changes and proofread against redlines.
• Coordinate change control meetings and implement approved changes.
• Provide training on ECR/ECO processes and data management.
• Support internal audits and cross-functional teams during audits.
• Maintain document retention and SOP updates.
