Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• Fifteen or more years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• Experience governing multiple ERP platforms and major ERP initiatives.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with budget management.
• Proven ability to communicate complex issues to executives and boards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year global technology strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead enterprise IT governance, security, data, and application portfolios.
• Own IT budget and investment portfolio, with ROI realization.
• Oversee ERP strategy, manufacturing IT, and system integrations.
• Lead change management and build a high-performing global IT organization.
