ProCaps Laboratories in Henderson, NV is seeking a Director of Distribution and Logistics to lead our end-to-end distribution, warehousing, shipping, transportation, and temperature-controlled inventory across locations. This leader will build scalable, cost-effective capabilities to support current operations and national and international growth while improving service and customer experience.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of leadership in distribution, warehousing, transportation, and shipping/receiving
• 8-10 years in a manufacturing warehouse environment
• Experience leading multi-site distribution for B2B and B2C
• Experience designing/operating small parcel/high flow distribution
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field
• Experience leading omnichannel fulfillment with high-volume pick/pack
• Strong ability to translate distribution model to customer delivery expectations
• Proven experience in WMS, ERP integration, and warehouse automation
