Job summary

ProCaps Laboratories, Inc. seeks a Director of Distribution and Logistics to lead end-to-end distribution, warehouse operations, and transportation across locations.

This onsite role focuses on scaling capabilities, improving service, and customer experience while collaborating with the Operations Leadership Team to shape strategy and develop the organization for growth. Located at our Henderson, NV facility with potential Colorado operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in distribution, warehousing, transportation and shipping/receiving operations.
• 8-10 years in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
• Experience leading multi-site distribution across B2B and B2C channels.
• Experience designing/operating small parcel/high flow distribution.
• Experience leading omnichannel fulfillment operations including high-volume pick/pack.
• Ability to translate model to customer delivery expectations (overnight/2–3 day).
• Experience implementing and optimizing WMS, ERP integration, and FIFO/FEFO controls.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; strong data-entry skills.
• Proven ability to forecast, analyze, and identify improvement opportunities in warehouse operations.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic distribution and logistics initiatives on time and within budget.
• Establish governance, plans, risk controls, and business continuity for logistics operations.
• Lead and improve Pick & Pack, B2B, B2C, and omnichannel fulfillment operations.
• Delegate project tasks to owners and track progress.
• Collaborate with teams to share best practices and improvements.
• Communicate priorities, risks, and escalations to leadership.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control, Manufacturing, and Finance on targets and budgets.
• Plan labor needs, space, technology, and facilities for cost-effective ops.
• Ensure safe daily tasks and adherence to safety policies.
• Monitor shipment/receipt of materials and inventory accuracy.
• Set performance metrics and implement best practices for safety, cost, and service.
• Strengthen B2C operating model for scalable growth and customer experience.
• Provide motivation, training, and workforce development.
• Monitor daily warehouse activities and ensure KPIs are met.
• Coordinate cross-department collaboration to support policies.
