Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Director of Workplace & Engagement to lead the Employee Experience function across 10 global offices, including remote employees. You’ll set the strategy for serviced spaces (WeWork, etc.), partner with Finance on budgets, and guide brokers to optimize real estate globally while fostering belonging across regions.

You will regularly visit local offices, coordinate events, and shape a world-class workplace culture that supports business goals and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of workplace, facilities, or office management experience, including multi-country/global portfolio management.
• Experience managing office operations and events across multiple locations.
• Strong budgeting, vendor management, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic vision for workplace experiences across 10 global locations.
• Lead a team of Workplace professionals with global oversight and remote workforce inclusivity.
• Own the office space plan, vendor selection, and budget alignment with Finance.
• Drive the global employee experience calendar and events strategy.
• Oversee vendor contracts, RFPs, and performance reviews across locations.
• Monitor attendance and workplace metrics to inform leadership decisions.
