• Advanced degree in life sciences (MS or PhD strongly preferred).
• Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience.
• MBA or formal business training is valued.
• Proven leadership in multi-product portfolios and commercial growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product commercialization strategy across portfolios.
• Set portfolio priorities, objectives, resources, and performance expectations.
• Ensure clear target customers, positioning, GTM plans, and lifecycle priorities.
• Lead a high-performing team of Portfolio Commercialization Managers.
• Establish governance, VOC, market assessments, and launch readiness processes.
• Oversee revenue growth, market adoption, profitability, and competitive performance.
