Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking a senior process safety leader reporting to the Vice President of Global Engineering.

You will shape the process safety program across AbbVie's global manufacturing network, introducing best practices and leading a team of SMEs to reduce risk and ensure compliance. You will drive hazard analyses, capital project safety reviews, and KPI dashboards while partnering with Site Directors and global leaders to achieve on-time delivery of safety initiatives and continuous

Responsibilities

• Establish process safety strategy for the global manufacturing network and provide updates to Operations leadership.
• Drive global Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) efforts and capital project design reviews.
• Lead process safety reviews during design and start-up for major capital projects across the network.
• Develop and monitor a global process safety roadmap and KPIs to track continuous improvement.
• Support internal EHS audits and ensure conformance to standards and best practices.
