Job summary

Carazo Enterprise SL is seeking a hands-on HR Director to lead our international People Operations and develop a transparent, performance-driven HR system. The role reports directly to the CEO and oversees the full employee lifecycle across LATAM and Europe.

The position offers hybrid or fully remote work, with daily availability during Panama business hours (9am–6pm). Occasional travel may be required as we scale internationally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as HR Director or senior HR leader.
• University degree, Master's preferred.
• Experience in International recruitment.
• Experience managing full employee lifecycle.
• Experience with performance management and employee relations.
• Experience developing HR policies.
• Experience leading remote or international teams.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead international People Operations and HR governance.
• Develop HR strategy and organizational design.
• Manage employee and contractor agreements and HR docs.
• Coordinate recruitment in LATAM and Europe.
• Improve retention, training and onboarding.
• Maintain employee files, trackers and probation records.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Manage performance reviews, KPIs and improvement plans.
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate compensation, benefits and payroll info.
• Build promotion, career development and succession processes.
• Improve engagement and retention.
• Oversee terminations and offboarding.
• Lead HR Generalist and future team; maintain HR dashboards.
• Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition Director on workforce planning.
