Job summary

CAS Automotive is building the people function for a platform business with global reach and entrepreneurial edge. You will own the HR function, design performance systems, and lead an international team across Belize and Miami, shaping culture and practices as the company scales.

You’ll partner with leadership to embed organizational design, manage HR operations, and drive talent development while maintaining a flat, startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of HR leadership across large, mid-market, and startup environments.
• Global scope with oversight of HR in multiple geographies.
• Experience scaling HR systems in team-based or agile organizations.
• Hands-on with performance management, compensation design, and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Embed & Scale Performance Systems: Develop and own quarterly cycles with strong manager adoption.
• Strengthen Organizational Effectiveness: Advise on org design and cross-functional collaboration.
• Execute HR Operations: Lead recruiting, HRIS, policies, and benefits administration.
• Build Culture That Scales: Live values, design recognition programs, measure engagement.
