Rasa is seeking a Director of People Operations and Talent Acquisition to join our G&A and ELT. You’ll own the full employee lifecycle for a global, remote-first team of ~90 across 13 US states and 12 countries, ensuring onboarding, performance, leave, and compliance while driving recruiting and hiring strategy.

You’ll shape org design, manage complex employee relations, and oversee the HRIS, PEO, and multi-country compliance. This is a critical ELT seat with global impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in People Operations and/or Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on technical recruiting experience, including senior and executive hires.
• Experience supporting a global, distributed workforce across multi-country employment practices.
• Track record handling sensitive employee relations with discretion.
• Comfortable at both strategic ELT and hands-on operator levels.
• Proficiency with modern people tools such as Ashby, BambooHR and Sequoia One.

Responsabilités

• Advise the CEO and ELT on org design, workforce planning and change management.
• Handle complex employee relations across countries with outside counsel as needed.
• Own people operations: onboarding, leave administration, HRIS, PEO and compliance.
• Run the performance and career framework cycle with reviews and manager enablement.
• Drive engagement and retention through pulse surveys and action planning.
• Partner with Finance on compensation benchmarking and headcount planning.
• Lead hiring across the company, including executive searches and the recruiting process.
• Lead and develop the People Operations team.
