Job summary

Executive Rhythm is helping a family-owned automotive remarketing partner hire a full-time Human Resources Director to lead the people function globally. You will design performance systems, embed culture, and scale the organization while maintaining an entrepreneurial edge.

You will oversee HR operations, talent development, and cross-unit alignment, partnering with leadership to drive engagement and organizational effectiveness across Belize and Miami teams.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of HR leadership experience in digital/platform environments.
• Global scope across multiple geographies and busines units.
• Experience building or scaling HR systems in team-based or agile organizations.
• Hands-on with performance management, compensation design, and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Own the people function across the organization and partner with leadership.
• Design performance systems, KPI frameworks, and career paths to scale the business.
• Lead HR operations, recruiting, benefits, and compliance with global consistency.
• Coach HR Managers in Belize and Miami to raise performance and culture.
• Build onboarding, culture, and recognition programs aligned with company values.
• Drive engagement analytics and turn insights into action.
