Job summary

TERREPOWER is seeking a Global Director of Continuous Improvement to lead enterprise-wide CI strategy, transformation initiatives, and sustainable performance improvements across regions and functions.

You will own governance, deploy Lean and Six Sigma, and establish frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to drive measurable ROI across cost, quality, and delivery.

As a strategic leader, you’ll develop regional CI teams and influence stakeholders at all levels to achieve outstanding results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 10+ years in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or transformation leadership, with proven success leading global or multi-site CI programs.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification.
• Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-influencing abilities across all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global CI strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead global CI initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to track CI progress and ROI.
• Develop regional CI teams and leaders, foster collaboration across geographies and business units.
