Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or related regulated environment.
• Minimum of three years of Medical Affairs experience at global, regional, or local level, or equivalent experience working with Medical Affairs priorities.
• Significant experience in project management, portfolio management, business transformation, operations, or program delivery in a large, matrixed organization.
• Proven ability to translate strategic priorities into practical delivery plans, milestones, governance, and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an integrated portfolio plan, roadmap, and prioritization framework.
• Provide governance and decision-making support for portfolio initiatives.
• Maintain an integrated view of initiatives, interdependencies, risks, and benefits.
• Lead governance forums and leadership meetings, ensuring clear decisions and accountability.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across geographies and time zones.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, status reports, and communications for senior leadership.
• Manage budget planning, vendor coordination, and financial governance for the portfolio.
