You will lead content strategy, manage agency partnerships, and drive data-informed social experiences that resonate with diverse audiences in beauty and digital spaces.

Qualificações

• 7-10+ years of related business experience.
• Experience in Social, Content, Communications, or Marketing.
• In depth knowledge of consumer habits, language, & engagement methodologies.
• Content Production and Social platforms best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead high-level social vision and strategy across global and local channels.
• Drive bold, creative content that is culturally relevant and highly engaging.
• Oversee global brand content production and agency activation.
• Manage in-house launch support, social, and digital content production.
• Lead agencies and creators, briefs, progress reviews, and contractions/finances.
• Ensure content aligns with Brand DNA and on-brief deliverables.
• Maintain relationships with global counterparts to ensure best-in-class social content.
• Stay ahead of trends and innovate in content production and social strategies.
