Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering or related science.
• Master’s or PhD preferred for advanced leadership roles.
• Proven track record in R&D leadership within manufacturing or water filtration fields.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year innovation and technology roadmap aligned with business growth objectives across core and adjacent markets.
• Lead Discovery, Applied Research, and Laboratory Services to advance technology platforms and product development.
• Provide quarterly updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive innovation, IP strategy, and portfolio governance to balance short-term delivery with long-term growth.
• Foster collaboration across global teams and external partners to ensure execution discipline and measurable results.
• Champion safety, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement across R&D and labs.
