Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related science.
• Master’s or PhD preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive R&D leadership experience in manufacturing, or 7+ years in a senior leadership role specifically within water filtration and purification.
• Strong IP strategy and management expertise.
• Proven track record of successfully commercializing new technologies and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of filtration and separation technologies (preferred).
• Balanced strategic orientation with long-term innovation and near-term results.
• Proven leadership of global R&D organizations with high performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year innovation and technology roadmap aligned with growth objectives across core and adjacent markets.
• Lead three global R&D functions: Lab Services, Applied Research, and Discovery Research.
• Partner with customers and executive leadership to identify high-value opportunities.
• Establish and enforce robust portfolio governance and resource allocation discipline.
• Balance short-term product delivery with long-term innovation investments.
• Build, protect, and actively manage a robust IP portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and supply chain.
• Provide strategic leadership and communication to Senior Leadership.
