Educational Testing Service seeks a Director of Internal Communications to align global staff with corporate objectives, strategy, and values. You will plan, organize and lead internal comms, partnering with HR to implement communications for 2400+ employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 6+ years in Corporate Communications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee internal communications staff and deliverables.
• Identify solutions for field offices and global subsidiaries.
• Design and implement a common internal communications infrastructure.
• Oversee all internal communications vehicles and messaging.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior management on internal communications.
