Meta seeks an experienced communications leader to direct Intelligence & Insights, spanning North America, EMEA and APAC. You will build tools, lead a global team, and embed AI to accelerate high‑quality reporting for senior leadership across campaigns, topics and priority issues.

The role combines strategy, execution and cross-functional influence in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility setting.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in communications, public affairs, political campaigns, or related fields.
• 5+ years of direct people management, including managers or regional leads.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams across regions and time zones.
• Proven ability to develop strategy or campaigns in corporate or public affairs.
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Experience with AI-based tools for media tracking, measurement, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of regional leads across North America, EMEA and APAC.
• Own the strategic intelligence program for Communications & Public Affairs.
• Direct monitoring and reporting of coverage trends and narrative shifts.
• Build tools and systems to advance reporting and intelligence workflows.
• Embed AI into workflows to accelerate production and expand coverage.
• Partner with senior executives and cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights.
• Manage intake, triage, and prioritization of requests across time zones.
• Negotiate deadlines and scope with stakeholders to protect quality.
