Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of work experience in BI, product analytics, or econ/strategy consulting in tech
• Ability to ethically source, validate, and synthesize high-signal insights with privacy and integrity
• Proficiency with AI-powered tools: Generative AI, prompting, orchestrating AI systems
• Experience with data querying languages and scripting (SQL, Python) and statistical software
• Experience with causal inference methods and Bayesian aggregation
• Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and shape analytics organizations or products

Responsibilities

• Influence product direction with data-driven narratives across market landscape
• Lead analytics initiatives and develop forecasts to inform strategy
• Onboard and evaluate 3P datasets for signal quality
• Triangulate data from multiple sources into high-fidelity trend reports
• Apply quasi-experimental designs to assess market shocks and actions
• Drive adoption of advanced methods and best practices across teams
• Champion data privacy, quality, and reproducible analyses
• Act as a hands-on, adaptable problem-solver in dynamic environments
