Meta in the United States is seeking a Director of Intelligence & Insights to lead a global, multi-disciplinary team spanning North America, EMEA and APAC. Qualifications

5+ years of experience directly managing teams, including experience managing managers or regional leads.
Experience building and running complex, insights-driven teams or functions.
Experience leading globally distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones.
Experience deploying and experimenting with technology and tooling for media tracking, monitoring, measurement and analysis, including AI-based tools.
Demonstrated experience influencing and advising senior executive stakeholders, and working effectively across functions without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a global team of regional leads and analysts across North America, EMEA and APAC.
Own the strategic intelligence program for the Communications & Public Affairs organization, ensuring leadership has the intelligence it needs to make decisions.
Monitor and report coverage trends and narrative shifts across business priority areas and major company news cycles.
Build new tools, systems and processes that advance reporting infrastructure and embed AI into workflows.
Manage a high-volume portfolio with intake, prioritization, and cross-time-zone coordination.
