Job summary

Rocket Pharma is seeking a highly experienced Vice President, Access, Value Evidence & Pricing to shape global value, pricing, reimbursement and patient access for gene therapies. You will lead an integrated team spanning US payer strategy, HEOR, and international access to ensure optimal market access and lifecycle value.

Reporting to the Chief Commercialization Officer, you will partner with senior leaders to translate policy, pricing and evidence requirements into enterprise strategy,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree strongly preferred; significant gene therapy expertise may be considered in lieu of a specific degree.
• 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience in biopharmaceuticals, with expertise spanning market access, pricing, HEOR, and patient access.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Rocket's senior leader for value, pricing, and patient access strategy.
• Represent global value, access & pricing perspective and drive strategy, evidence planning, and launch sequencing.
• Translate payer, HTA, policy, pricing, reimbursement, diagnostic access, and access dynamics into enterprise recommendations.
• Develop and maintain enterprise-level access dashboards and KPIs across payer access, reimbursement outcomes, and access barriers.
• Lead U.S. market access, pricing, reimbursement strategy and pull-through for gene therapies.
