Job summary

Rocket Pharma is seeking a Director of Business Insights and Analytics to build and lead an analytics capability across its cardiology gene-therapy portfolio. The role focuses on disease-state modeling, patient-identification analytics, forecasting, and market-development analytics to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MPH/MS/PhD or related advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in biopharma analytics, forecasting, or real-world data.
• Experience in rare disease, gene therapy, or cardiology is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to build and manage integrated analytics platforms and data engines.
• Experience using advanced analytics, ML, and data science tools to drive insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of analytics strategy for gene therapy portfolio in rare cardiomyopathies.
• Forecast pipeline assets and model disease populations and market size.
• Build and refine a rare cardiology analytics platform for disease diagnosis and market development.
• Conduct secondary-data analytics and primary market research on diagnostic pathways and barriers.
• Integrate real-world data and market intelligence into a connected analytics platform.
• Lead cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights for strategy.
