Qualifications

• Masters degree in survey methodology, epidemiology, behavioral sciences or equivalent.
• Advanced expertise in measurement development and psychometrics.
• Minimum 10 years of senior level, operations, or project management in global settings.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate day-to-day work of research teams with project plans and timelines.
• Oversee international surveys, epidemiologic studies and psychometric research.
• Ensure scientific rigor, operational excellence, and delivery of project objectives.
• Manage collaborations with international partners, government agencies, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with research protocols and data quality standards.
