Job summary

Child Mind Institute in New York is seeking a Director of Research Implementation to provide senior leadership for the Global Center's portfolio of randomized trials and implementation studies. This exempt, full-time role is based at our Midtown Manhattan headquarters and requires a minimum of four days per week.

You will oversee study design, timelines, budgets, staffing and partner relationships across countries, ensure rigorous methods and regulatory compliance, and drive operational

Qualifications

• PhD in public health, epidemiology, psychology, behavioral or social sciences with 10+ years of senior-level experience in global settings.
• Significant experience managing complex studies, multi-site and international partnerships.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior oversight of the implementation of complex research initiatives across countries.
• Lead scientific and operational oversight of randomized controlled trials, implementation science studies, and intervention programs.
• Monitor and mitigate risks, manage budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with research institutions, government entities, healthcare systems, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with protocols, ethics, data quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination among vendors, investigators, and leadership.
