You will guide methodological rigor, oversee staff, and ensure high-quality research across international projects.

The role is exempt, full-time with hybrid/remote options. Collaboration with international partners and stakeholders is essential for advancing the organization’s research priorities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in survey methodology, epidemiology, behavioral sciences, or equivalent with advanced measurement development and psychometrics.
• Minimum 10 years of senior-level operations or project management experience in global settings.
• Experience with large, complex surveys.
• Strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Strategic and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication, both oral and written.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate day-to-day research team work with plans, timelines, and reports.
• Oversee research operations across international projects, including planning and budgeting.
• Lead design and reporting of complex studies including multi-country surveys.
• Ensure compliance with protocols, data quality, and policies.
• Manage collaborations with international partners and vendors.
