  • Support the design and launch of new initiatives, including pricing strategy, target markets, and distribution channels
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new products, programs, and partnerships
  • Collaborate with Development, Communications, and Program teams to align funding and market strategies
  • Executive Partnership & Strategic Planning
  • Serve as a key advisor to the executive leadership on growth strategy and business performance
  • Support board-level materials, including growth plans, business cases, and performance reporting
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment across clinical, scientific, and programmatic leadership
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
  • This is a non-supervisory position.

You Have:

  • 10 years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, or management consulting
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or similar)
  • Demonstrated experience driving revenue strategy, business model development, or growth initiatives
  • Strong data and financial acumen, with experience in pricing, unit economics, or revenue optimization
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, consumer services, or marketplace environments
