Job summary

Jobgether, listing on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Director, Early Talent Programs based in the United States to shape future workforce strategies and attract emerging talent across the US, Mexico, and Ireland.

You will oversee university partnerships, internships, co-ops, and rotational programs, partnering with executives, HR, and academia to build scalable pipelines and drive data-driven decisions across global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Education or related field; master's preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in global talent programs or leadership development.
• Experience designing, scaling, and managing programs across multiple regions.
• Strong understanding of university recruiting, campus engagement and pipelines.
• Experience with HR technologies and ATS.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across cultures and time zones.
• Willingness to travel for campus events and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global early talent strategy with senior leaders.
• Design, scale, and manage internships, co-ops, and rotational programs.
• Monitor pipeline performance and improve candidate experiences.
• Establish partnerships with universities, associations and student organizations.
• Represent the organization at university events and recruitment summits.
• Lead campus recruiting strategies to strengthen employer brand.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop campus campaigns and messaging.
• Oversee recruitment experiences, events, and engagement activities.
• Enable leaders and HR partners to participate in early talent initiatives.
• Create mentorship, training, and development for interns and participants.
• Develop and execute conversion strategies to full-time roles.
• Use data to evaluate program effectiveness and drive improvements.
