The role focuses on translating regional defense priorities into international programs and building trusted relationships with customers and partners. You will lead regional strategies, identify priority countries, and manage cross-functional teams to advance opportunities from early market development to contract award and

Formación

• 10+ years of relevant defense or national security experience, including 5+ years in international business development, capture, defense sales, strategic partnerships, or acquisition.

Responsabilidades

• Own regional directed energy strategies for Europe, MENA, and the Indo-Pacific.
• Identify priority countries, programs, and partnerships to shape opportunities.
• Translate customer needs into requirements and development plans for international programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop capture strategies, proposals, and pricing.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with ministries of defense, military users, and industry partners.
• Navigate FMS and DCS opportunities with AV and government stakeholders.
• Represent AV in international meetings, demonstrations, and partner engagements.
• Support international program growth from award through sustainment and references.
