Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Director of Data Management & AI Readiness to define and lead enterprise data management capabilities across global functions. You will own governance, data quality, metadata, MDM, taxonomy, and reference data while coordinating with executives, architects, product teams, and operations to deliver trusted data assets for analytics and AI.

You will build scalable operating models, drive adoption of enterprise standards, and establish measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Data Management, Business, or related discipline.
12+ years of experience in enterprise data management, data governance, data architecture, or related disciplines.
7+ years leading global teams and enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
Experience with data governance tools such as Informatica, SAP MDG, Collibra, Databricks Unity Catalog, etc.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the data management strategy for Master Data Management, Metadata Management, Ontology & Context Management, Data Quality, Taxonomy & Reference Data, and Enterprise Data Models.
Design and implement sustainable operating models, establish governance forums, and drive adoption of standardized data management processes.
Lead enterprise master data initiatives across key domains and partner with business and technology leaders to modernize data programs.
