Job summary
Grant Thornton is seeking a Director of Corporate Accounting and Consolidations to lead the global financial close and consolidation efforts. The candidate will oversee acquisitions, finance transformation, and continuous improvement of close processes within a hybrid work model.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA are required.
- 10+ years in accounting, reporting, and consolidation with leadership experience.
- Extensive experience with global consolidations and ASC standards.
- Hands-on with OneStream or similar EPM platforms; strong process governance.
Responsibilities
- Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidation processes.
- Oversee consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and entity hierarchies.
- Lead close governance and coordinate cross-border finance activities.
- Ensure US GAAP compliance and SOX controls over consolidation.
- Drive transformation initiatives and integration for acquisitions.
