Job summary

Fortrea is seeking Clinical Team Leads to join our FSP team. CTLs own the clinical delivery of trials, partnering with the Project Manager and functional leads to ensure successful delivery of the clinical aspects within contracts and budgets.

The CTL oversees site management and represents clinical delivery with the customer. We seek candidates with 2+ years of CTL or equivalent experience, prior monitoring background, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years clinical research/monitoring experience.
• Experience leading project teams through start-up to close-out of studies.
• Experience managing external vendors (CROs, labs, call centers, DCT providers).
• Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, Project, Access, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Drive clinical project performance toward contracted deliverables and budget.
• Lead development of clinical project strategy with stakeholders.
• Oversee regulatory submissions and monitoring visit strategy as required.
• Forecast revenue and manage project costs per budget.
• Mentor team members across multiple areas of expertise.
