Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, A&D Functional Leader to drive the CBT technology strategy across global acquisitions and divestitures. You will orchestrate integration and separation of systems, data, and processes, aligning with deal leaders and platform owners to maximize value.

The role requires strong business and technology judgment, disciplined program management, and an AI-forward mindset to deliver high-quality, repeatable deal outcomes while protecting continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years managing large, multidisciplinary programs across deal lifecycles.
• Experience with acquisitions/divestitures, licensing deals, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise technology platforms and strategic roadmaps.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and financial forecasting.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; executive presence.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the single point of accountability for CBT technology activities across the deal lifecycle.
• Lead CBT due diligence, integration and separation planning, execution, transition, and stabilization.
• Coach CBT Technical Product Owners and platform owners; translate deal objectives into tech requirements and plans.
• Drive continuous improvement with reusable playbooks, patterns, and metrics; leverage AI-enabled capabilities where appropriate.
• Act as escalation point for CBT risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies across transactions.
• Develop and communicate concise financial, operational, and execution updates for diverse audiences.
