Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, A&D Functional Leader for Corporate Business Technology (CBT) to lead CBT tech strategy across global acquisition and divestiture programs. You will orchestrate integration and separation of CBT systems, services, data and processes from due diligence through transition and stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field (CS, Finance, Business, Economics).
• At least 10 years in multi-disciplinary programs and large transactions.
• 10+ years in a technology-focused role with enterprise systems.
• Proven collaboration across levels to drive multi-year programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead CBT technology activities across the deal lifecycle from due diligence to transition.
• Coach CBT owners and regional leads; convert deal objectives into tech requirements and plans.
• Drive continuous improvement with reusable playbooks, metrics, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Escalation point for CBT risks and cross-platform dependencies in deals.
• Define due diligence requirements and assess tech risks for Day 1 readiness.
• Provide concise updates for diverse audiences with transparent forecasts.
