Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Director, AI Accelerator within the MedTech Supply Chain Procurement Center of Excellence in Raritan, NJ. The COE strengthens procurement through clear process ownership, trusted data and digital products, scalable execution, and responsible AI adoption.

You will lead AI-enabled solutions that improve procurement decisions and productivity, partnering with GPO, DPO, and Business Unit Procurement to translate business needs into measurable value.

• Fluent English, written and spoken, with excellent facilitation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute AI acceleration strategy and roadmap for MedTech Supply Chain Procurement.
• Own AI opportunity backlog including intake, value hypothesis, prioritization, sequencing, and reporting.
• Define problems with stakeholders and data readiness before development.
• Design and deliver AI solutions, agents, models, prompts, and orchestration for procurement use cases.
