Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years managing large, multidisciplinary programs.
• Minimum 2 years with acquisitions/divestitures.
• 10 years in a technology-focused role with enterprise systems.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across levels of business and tech.
• Analytical and financial modeling capabilities with forecasting track record.
• Adaptive and agile, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to shape ambiguity into concrete strategy and action.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Experience leading global programs with diverse stakeholders.
• AI-forward mindset to improve planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single accountable CBT technology lead across the deal lifecycle.
• Coach CBT Product Owners and platform leads; translate deal objectives to tech requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement with reusable playbooks, metrics, and patterns.
• Escalation point for CBT risks and cross-platform dependencies; drive timely resolution.
• Define due diligence requirements and assessments; translate findings into actions.
• Develop concise updates and strengthen A&D capability and knowledge sharing.
