Job summary

West Coast Energy Systems is seeking a Digital Business Program Manager to oversee medium-to-large cross-functional technology programs aimed at business transformation and value realization. You will partner with business and technology leaders to develop outcomes-based roadmaps and ensure delivery across teams.

Responsibilities include defining scope, coordinating software developers, security experts, and business owners; planning testing; and delivering on time and budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of large-scale project and program management experience.
• Experience leading data and supply chain projects.
• Proven ability to plan and lead outcome-based roadmaps using both Waterfall and Agile lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, requirements and deliverable objectives; coordinate cross-functional teams to meet goals.
• Plan and execute testing sessions; maintain timelines and budgets; allocate resources.
• Measure performance, manage scope, schedule and costs; maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Create and communicate effective project plans and updates; contribute to project management methodology.
