West Coast Energy Systems is seeking a Digital Business Program Manager to oversee medium-to-large cross-functional technology programs aimed at business transformation and value realization. You will partner with business and technology leaders to develop outcomes-based roadmaps and ensure delivery across teams.

Responsibilities include defining scope, coordinating software developers, security experts, and business owners; planning testing; and delivering on time and budget.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of large-scale project and program management experience.
• Experience leading data and supply chain projects.
• Proven ability to plan and lead outcome-based roadmaps using both Waterfall and Agile lifecycles.

The Digital Business Program Manager is responsible for managing medium-to-large-scale cross-functional technology programs enabling business transformation and value realization. This individual is responsible for working with the business and technology leaders to develop outcomes based program roadmaps and manage the delivery.

Major Responsibilities

• Work with various project stakeholders to define project scope, requirements and deliverable objectives. Manage the relationship with project team and stakeholders. Coordinate cross functional teams - including software developers, business owners, security experts, and external resources - and orchestrate their resources together to meet project goals. Ensure program/project management tasks are planned and deliverable appropriately.
• Assist with planning and execution of testing sessions as needed. Maintain timelines and target dates of projects to ensure successful completion of assigned project phases within the budgeted time and cost constraints; makes certain that deadlines are met, and milestones are properly set and communicated. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Create, manage and communicate effective project plans, and deliver clear objectives and updates to all project stakeholders. Contribute to the ongoing development of Project Management Methodology. Report and escalate to management as needed.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Certification / License: PMP Preferred or Scrum Master Certificate
• Work Experience: 5 years of large-scale project and program management and background in managing data and supply chain projects
• Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Proven track record of successful planning and leading global teams; Proven track record of program and project managing Supply Chain and Data projects; Confident and experienced with leading planning and execution of outcome-based roadmaps; Working Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Life Cycles methodologies; Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing resources, timing and quality of outcomes; Demonstrated success in influencing people and teams who are not all direct reports. Effective with conflict management; Strong verbal/written communication skills; Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high-paced environment; Ability to learn new technology applications and process techniques quickly.

Preferred Job Requirements

• Education: Program Management & leadership education and/or training
• Certification / License: PMP Preferred or Scrum Master Certificate
• Work Experience: Experience in building and managing a project schedule in Jira or similar project management tool. Experience with executing projects in the supply chain and data domain. Experience with mapping out business process flows. Experience with large Data and Integration Projects.
• Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Ability to analyze data and insights; Knowledge of Supply Chain domain
