Qualifications

• Technical background with 2+ years in software development, QA, test automation, or business analysis.
• 1+ years managerial experience owning delivery and team outcomes.
• Proven accountability and ownership in delivering outcomes and resolving complex issues.
• Strong system thinking with cross-functional dependency awareness.
• Data-driven mindset using metrics to guide decisions.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and PM practices.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timeline, and deliverables aligned with goals.
• Coordinate daily activities and team communication.
• Plan tasks, priorities, and milestones with stakeholders and team.
• Monitor progress, timelines, and risks across projects.
