Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Digital Product Manager in Madison, WI to partner with product teams and stakeholders to define solutions aligned with customer needs and business goals. You will drive roadmaps, gather requirements, write user stories, and establish acceptance criteria for mid-complexity initiatives.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, QE, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery, track KPIs, and continuously improve product outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Marketing, Business, Finance or field as outlined in the essential duties; or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 4 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience as outlined in the essential duties.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the customer for one product area and support delivery teams.
• Translate needs into high-level requirements and define acceptance criteria.
• Define KPIs and monitor product performance to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with QE, design, marketing, sales, and customer support for successful development and launches.
• Maintain and groom the product backlog in line with strategy and OKRs.
