Abbott in Phoenix is seeking a Product Manager to define solutions aligned with customer needs and business goals. You will partner with stakeholders, development, design, and cross-functional teams to shape the product area roadmap and drive delivery of digital solutions or customer experiences.

The role emphasizes gathering business requirements, writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and ensuring those outcomes meet stakeholder expectations across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or GED with 4 years relevant experience.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Understanding of software development processes.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Voice of the customer for a product area to guide delivery teams.
• Translate needs into high-level requirements for low to medium complexity work.
• Define acceptance criteria for features and ensure common understanding.
• Define KPIs and metrics to measure product success.
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven improvements.
• Maintain detailed documentation and SOPs for development.
• Collaborate with QE to ensure quality and reliability.
