Job summary

Safelite, a Belron company, is seeking graduates for its Global Early Career Professional program in Columbus, OH. You will rotate through three eight‑month assignments, tackling hands-on tasks, collaborating with internal teams, and driving improvements to business processes.

You’ll develop analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills while gaining exposure to senior leaders in the U.S. and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree by June 2027.
• Previous internship in product, digital, e-commerce, or UX preferred.
• GPA 3.3+ at application time.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Currently reside in or willing to relocate to Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

• Complete three eight-month rotations.
• Perform hands-on tasks and projects with the team.
• Collaborate with internal associates to gain cross-functional experience.
• Identify improvements to processes and support business objectives.
• Present strategy and insights to senior leadership.
• Manage time and progress tasks to meet deadlines.
